Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Please email us at info@anotherkind.dk with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
Need a different item or found a defect? Reach out to us. We’re happy to arrange an exchange if possible.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please inspect your item upon arrival. If it’s damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description, and we’ll sort it out right away.

Non-returnable items:
Custom-made or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Shipping Policy

We handcraft every order with care, which means quality takes time. Thank you for your patience. We promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Processing Time:
All our products are made to order or in small batches. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing before your item is shipped. During busy periods or product development phases, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your item arrives safely.
• Denmark & EU: Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks after dispatch
• Outside EU: Delivery times vary, usually 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We’re always working to find the best balance between cost and care.

Packaging:
Each item is packaged securely and with love. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible to protect your order and the planet.

Local Pickup:
We offer free local pickup from our studio in Denmark. Select this option at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
